AC = Alder Creek Middle School turf field (13801 SE Webster Rd Milwaukie, OR 97267)
MHS = Milwaukie High School turf field (11300 SE 23rd Ave Milwaukie, OR 97222)
RPHS =Rex Puynam High School turf field (4950 SE Roethe Rd Milwaukie, OR 97267 )
MB = Meldrum Bar State Park (grass) (Meldrum Bar Park Rd & River Rd Gladstone)
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled tryout time. This will allow for completion of required registration paperwork and warm-up.
In order for players to tryout, players MUST be prepared to turn in the following:

A completed registration form (Please print from above and bring) with parent or guardians signature.

$20 tryout fee (to reduce team assessment for the tryout expenses); Players trying out for more than one age level are required to pay the $20 tryout fee for each age level that they try out for.

A photocopy of the players certified birth certificate if you have not played for Thelo in the past (hospital certificate not valid).
-
Players should be prepared to play soccer and should have a ball, shin guards, water bottle, and one white shirt.
